Auditing provides students with the live instruction, participation in class, and planned implementation but allows parents to ultimately decide what homework and assignments the student completes and what grade they receive.  Audit students do not receive grading from EQUIP.

AUDIT

FULL

Enrollment

Full Enrollment provides the student with the live classroom instruction, participation in class as well as homework and grading by the class instructor. Full enrollment students commit to completing the work within a timely manner. All work is due the following week it was assigned. If the work is late it will be marked missing until completed and graded. If the work is not turned in 3 weeks the due date it will not be graded. Parents can excuse up to 3 assignments/weeks per semester and notify instructors if an assignment will be late to avoid any late penalties.

If a student is full enrollment but fails to turn in any work for the class 4 weeks in a row, the student will be switched to audit and still benefit from the live class but no longer receive grades. A parent can switch a full enrollment student to audit status at any time if needed.
